Tagliatelle with minced meat, Mushrooms and tomatoes

INGREDIENTS
2 Onions
400 g small brown mushrooms
100 g dried, tomatoes in oil
2 Tbsp olive oil
400 g mixed
Minced meat
400 g wide ribbon noodles
500 ml of hot beef broth
400 g canned tomato pieces
1 Teaspoon of salt
1 Msp. Pfeffer
2-3 tsp paprika powder
1 pinch of sugar
Preparation time:

Peel and dice the onions. Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and cut into fine strips.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the onions and minced meat for approx. 3 Fry minutes. Mushrooms, Sun-dried tomatoes, Pasta, broth, Tomato pieces, salt, Pfeffer, Add the paprika powder and sugar, Bring everything to the boil and with the lid closed for approx. 10 Let simmer for minutes. If necessary, add a little more water.
Carefully stir the ribbon noodle mince pot before serving and season again with salt and pepper.
