Tomato rice pan with meatballs and mozzarella

2 Red onions

400 g raw sausages

250 g Mini-Mozzarellakugeln

300 g rice

800 g canned tomato pieces

1 Teaspoon of salt

1 Msp. Pfeffer

Preparation time:

Peel the onions and finely dice them. Press the sausage meat out of the sausage skin and roll approx. 2 Shape it into a cm diameter. Drain the mozzarella.

The meatballs in a hot one, Fry the coated pan all around for 4–5 minutes. Add onions and for 1 Minute. trip, Tomato pieces, 100 ml of water, Add salt and pepper, stir and spread the mozzarella balls on top. Put the lid on the pan and let everything simmer over a low heat for 25–30 minutes.
