2 Sweet potatoes

3 Carrots

1 red chilli pepper

2 Onions

250 g millet

4 Tbsp peanut butter

½ tsp salt

700 ml of hot vegetable stock

100 ml of cream

2-3 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts

Preparation time:

Peel and dice the sweet potatoes and carrots. Wash the chilli pepper, Core and finely chop (It is best to wear gloves). Peel and finely chop the onions.
