Pistachio macaroons


50 Baking wafers (5 cm ∅)
120 g pistachios
3 Egg whites
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
150 g of sugar
1 Msp. Anispulver

Preheat the oven to 150 ° (Circulating air 140 °). Spread the wafers on the bac k tray. 80 grind the pistachios finely. Beat egg whites with lemon juice until very stiff. Sprinkle in sugar while stirring. Fold in the ground pistachios and anise powder.

Pour the mixture into piping bags with a large star nozzle and squirt heaps onto the wafers. Place a pistachio on top and in the oven (Not) 20-25 Min. to bake.
