Pear herb

If you have unsightly fruits and pear peels left over from canning, you can use it to prepare this aromatic spread.

ingredients for 12 people:

5 kg of pears (or something 2 1/2 kg of pears and about 2 kg pear skins)
1 l unsweetened apple juice
