250 g marzipan paste,

180 g powdered sugar,

Possibly. 2 Eßl. Kirsch,

1 protein,

Fat for the molds,

3-4 Belegkirschen.

Knead the marzipan with powdered sugar and kirsch. Some of the mass between cling film for example 1 Roll out cm thick. Little stars, Cut out hearts or pretzels. Shape thin rolls out of a little marzipan and glue onto the cut-out shapes with egg white. Press in the edges with a fork. Or shape breads and score them with a knife. Or press the mass into greased praline molds made of metal and remove. Place all pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Garnish with halved cherries as desired. Let dry overnight at room temperature. Brown until golden in a few minutes under the hot grill (per piece approx. 80 Calories).
