Carrot and apple spread

The tasty and low-calorie spread takes little work. You should prepare it just before serving.

Allotments for 4 people:

1 carrot (about 150 q)
1 tart apple (about 150 q)
1 Eßl. Lemon juice
100 q low-fat curd cheese
2 Eßl. Sour cream
sea-salt
White pepper, freshly ground
To sprinkle:
1 bunch parsley

5 g protein 5 g of fat
8 g of carbohydrates
Preparation time: about 15 Minutes

1. Wash the carrot, Peel thinly and grate finely. Peel the apple and grate finely, free from the core casing. Immediately drizzle the grated apple with the lemon juice, so that they stay white.

2. Mix the low-fat quark with the creme fraiche in a bowl. The carrots- and grated apple.

3. Season the spread with sea salt and pepper to taste. Wash the parsley, pan dry, remove the coarse stems and chop finely.

4. Serve the carrot and apple spread sprinkled with the parsley immediately. It goes well with wholemeal rolls or graham rolls.
