2 Cake of 10 pieces

175 g butter or margarine,

200 g of sugar,

1 pinch of salt,

1 untreated orange,

200 g flour, 125 g Maismehl,

1 a pack of baking powder,

1 Dose Mandarinen (190 g a scale);

Powdered sugar for dusting.

Soft fat, Zucker, salt, Mix the grated orange peel and eggs with the hand mixer until frothy. Add both types of flour and baking powder and stir in. Fold in the drained mandarins. Divide the dough into two greased cup cake tins (∅ 16 cm; oder in eine Napfkuchenform ∅ 24 cm) to fill. Put in the oven, on 200 Grad / Gas Stufe 3 switch and about 50 Bake for minutes. Let cool completely before packing and dust with icing sugar (per piece approx. 205 Calories).
