Batter

For 50 cookie
250 g soft butter
100 g powdered sugar
1 packages of Vanilla sugar
2 Owner
300 g flour
1 gestr. Teaspoon baking powder
200 g gem. Hazelnuts

Beat butter with sugar until creamy, stir in the eggs first, then stir in the flour, baking powder and nuts.

This is how it works:

Pour the dough into a piping bag with a star nozzle and squirt onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Turn firm dough through the meat grinder with the spritz biscuit attachment.
