For 1 sheet
2 Tl. Potash
250 g clear honey
100 g of sugar
50 g Butter
325 g flour
50 g chopped orange peel
1 No
2 Teaspoon gingerbread spice

Potash in 1 Dissolve tablespoons of water. Melt honey with sugar and butter in a saucepan. Knead the remaining ingredients with the honey mixture.

This is how it works:
Dough on a floured work surface 1,5 Roll out cm thick. Place the dough rectangles on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
