Recipes:

150 g flour.

1 On the road. Natural vanilla,

50 g deducted, ground

Almonds,

1½ On the road. liquid sweetener (or 50 g fructose),

75 g butter or margarine; Flour for molding,

Grease for the tin.

Flour, Natural vanilla, Almonds, Sweetener and soft fat only with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then knead with your hands. Chill the dough for at least an hour. Form small croissants with floured hands and place on a greased baking sheet. Put in the oven, on 175 Grad / Gas Stufe 2 switch and about 20 Bake for minutes. Let cool down (per piece approx. 40 Calories / 0.4 BE).
