dough: 250 g flour,

75 g of sugar,

125 g butter or margarine,

4 egg yolk;

Grease for the tin;

Topping: 8 protein,

150 g powdered sugar;

150 g Coconut grater,

2 Packets of candied fruit mix a 200 g.

Flour, Zucker, soft fat and egg yolks first with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then knead with your hands. The dough wrapped in foil about 30 Chill for minutes.
