Fiber doesn't have to be difficult to chew

Most children like fruit, Raw vegetable salads, on the other hand, are not met with much enthusiasm. Offer your child a tender carrot, Kohlrabi sticks, raw paprika wedges or flower balm. Children prefer to eat that rather than "mixed up vegetables".
And why is fiber so important? They stimulate digestion, accelerate excretion and absorb other breakdown substances from the intestine in addition to cholesterol. You make it happen, that we don't overeat: A small chocolate bar is eaten much faster than two apples, although it has a similar number of calories. because it doesn't have to be chewed much. And the children get hungry all the faster afterwards. Because the blood sugar level, our hunger alarm, sinks just as quickly, as it rose before. There is no fiber in chocolate, which delay digestion. They are therefore indispensable for a natural relationship between hunger and satiety.
