The ideal bread

The ideal breadSchool sandwiches are still the best: Whole grains provide the lion's share of carbohydrates, Butter or unhardened margarine a little fat and the topping the egg white. The breads taste particularly good, when there is something fresh between the layers.

ingredients for 1 School child:

1/4 red pepper
1 Eßl. Butter (about 15 g)
1/2 whole-grain bread rolls
1 small slice of whole wheat bread
1 Lettuce leaf
1 Slice of low-fat Edam cheese
Paprika powder

Preparation time: about 5 Minutes

1. Wash the pepper, free from cores and partitions. Dice the pepper very small and mix with the butter.
2. Spread the pepper butter on the bun and the bread slice.
3. Place the lettuce leaf on the bread and the cheese slice on top. Sprinkle the cheese with some paprika powder.
4. Place the roll half on the cheese roll. It is best to pack the ideal bread in a plastic box – so that there is no waste.
