Sacherkäse

This recipe is said to be from Eduard Sacher, the founder of the famous Viennese hotel, come. The world-famous Sachertorte is made by his father Franz Sacher 1832 as 16 year-old cook's apprentice invented in Prince Metternich's house.

ingredients for 4 people:
