Bierquargel

ingredients for 4 people:

250 g very ripe Quargel from Olomouc

(alternatively Harz cheese)

50 g soft butter

3 Eßl, sour cream

1 small onion (about 50 g)

2-4 Eßl, light beer

1 bunch of chives
