200 g flour,

200 g ground hazelnuts,

100 g powdered sugar,

1 pinch of salt,

200 g butter or margarine,

50 g chopped hazelnuts,

Grease for the tin.

Flour, ground hazelnuts, powdered sugar, salt, soft fat and egg yolks first with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then knead with your hands. The dough is wrapped in foil 30 Chill for minutes. Roll out the dough (∅ about 3,5 cm) to form. Brush all around with egg white and roll in chopped nuts. again 30 Chill for minutes. Role roughly 5 Cut mm thick slices. Place on greased baking sheets. Put in the oven, on 200 Grad / Gas Stufe 3 switch and about 20 Bake for minutes, the next sheets only 15 Minutes. Let cool down (per piece approx. 60 Calories).
