1 Tbsp orange juice 150 g sugar grated zest of 1/2 untreated orange 30 g chopped orange peel 50 g chocolate flakes 50 chopped almonds 50 Baking wafers (5 cm 0)

11 Preheat the oven to 150° (Circulating air 140 °). Spread the wafers on the baking sheet. Beat egg whites with lemon juice until stiff. Add orange juice, Sprinkle in sugar. Keep beating, until the mass shines. Orangenschale, Orangeat, Loosely fold in the chocolate flakes and almonds.
